EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver)

• Strategy development and formulation of the proposed endeavor in the U.S.

• Drafting of the Statement based on the Dhanasar test

• Preparation and editing of Recommendation Letters

• Collection and formatting of evidence for all three Dhanasar criteria

• Expert opinion letter from a U.S. academic or professional

• Completion and review of USCIS forms (I-140, G-28, etc.)

• Final petition review

• Printing, assembly, and mailing to USCIS

• Support until a final decision is issued
